Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Enrise Education, a unit of Acme Career Solutions (“Enrise Education”), provides career counselling and admission facilitation services. By accessing this website, submitting any enquiry or registration form, availing counselling, or proceeding with admission services, the user (“Student/Applicant”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree, they must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

2. Nature & Scope of Services

Enrise Education provides the following services:

  • Career counselling
  • Admission guidance and facilitation
  • Information related to colleges, courses, eligibility, and entrance procedures

Enrise Education is not a university, college, or degree-granting authority. Final admission, seat allotment, fee structure, and eligibility decisions are taken solely by the respective College / University / DTE / Government or governing authority.

3. Eligibility to Use Services

The student must be 18 years or older, or must use the services under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Registration Fees, Offers & Discounts

  1. Promotional discounts such as percentage discounts or flat offers may be provided at the time of registration.
  2. If a student discontinues, cancels, or withdraws from the admission process after availing any discount or offer, the student shall be liable to pay a minimum amount of ₹2000, which shall be treated as the actual registration fee.
  3. This amount is mandatory, non-negotiable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Seat Analysis, Confirmation & Reporting

  1. Upon registration, Enrise Education shall analyze the student profile and coordinate with institutions for seat availability.
  2. The reporting date and time shall be communicated by the Enrise Education team.
  3. Failure to report on the confirmed date and time may result in seat cancellation or allotment to another candidate, for which Enrise Education shall bear no responsibility or liability.

6. Fees Payable Directly to the College

The following fees are not included in Enrise Education’s counselling or registration charges and shall be paid directly to the concerned College / University / authority:

  • Examination fees
  • Enrollment / registration fees
  • Transportation / bus fees
  • Hostel fees
  • Uniform, activity, or miscellaneous charges

These fees are separate from tuition or admission fees.

7. Admission Through DTE / Other Governing Bodies & Cancellation

If admission is granted through DTE or any centralized or government counselling authority, and:

  • Official cancellation is not permitted or not available, or
  • Due to government rules or institutional norms, the vacated seat cannot be allotted to another student, and
  • The student chooses to cancel, deny, or discontinue admission,

Then the student shall be liable to pay at least ONE YEAR of the course fees, or such amount as decided by the admitted college or governing authority. In such cases, Enrise Education shall not be responsible for any fee demand, penalty, academic loss, or legal consequence.

8. Refund Policy

  1. Refund shall be applicable only if the specific college or seat demanded by the student is not available.
  2. Except for the above condition, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

9. Scholarship / SC / ST / OBC / Reserved Category (IMPORTANT)

  1. If a student belongs to SC / ST / OBC or any reserved category and takes admission under scholarship / fee reimbursement / government aid scheme, the student must deposit the entire scholarship amount into the College / University account.
  2. If the student fails, refuses, delays, or denies depositing the scholarship amount after receiving it:
    • The College and/or Enrise Education shall have the right to initiate legal action.
    • The student shall be solely responsible for all legal consequences, penalties, recovery, and costs.
    • Enrise Education shall not be liable for any dispute arising therefrom.
  3. Final admission shall be valid only upon acceptance and compliance with this condition.

10. No Guarantee Clause

Enrise Education does not guarantee:

  • Admission confirmation
  • Seat availability
  • Scholarship approval
  • Placement or job assurance

All outcomes depend on eligibility, merit, availability, and institutional or government rules.

11. Accuracy of Information

While reasonable efforts are made to keep information updated, Enrise Education shall not be responsible for changes made by colleges, universities, or authorities regarding fees, eligibility, cut-offs, or policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, designs, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of Enrise Education / Acme Career Solutions and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Enrise Education shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising due to:

  • Admission denial or cancellation
  • Policy changes by institutions or authorities
  • Student non-compliance or decisions

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
